Made to Order
When it comes to a design process, we believe having variety and the flexibility to customize each item to the exact size and finishes that you want is necessary. In modern times, we should not be limited to only what is left in stock.
We work with over 100 of the best design brands and each of them have unique finishes. We have done our best to provide you with as many options as possible online, without overwhelming.
How it Works:
Once you place your order that is made to order, we will release the order to the manufacturer(s) as soon as we receive the payment. The manufacturer will begin production on the item and once it is completed, we ship it to you right away.
For online orders, a made to order item must be paid 100% in advance. If the customer is placing the order from the showroom, we require a 50% paid deposit to confirm the order.
The typical production time varies slightly based on the different manufacturers that we work with. The standard lead time is usually 6-8 weeks. Please keep in mind that in the month of August, Italian manufacturers are closed for about 2 weeks, which can add to the production time. Once it is manufactured, we will ship it as soon as possible via your selected shipment method.

We do our very best to keep the orders within our expected lead times, however there are instances where delays are caused by the manufacturer, shipper or customs. We do not take any responsibility for delays that are out of our control.
Materials and upholstered items can slightly vary in the production due to several reasons. For example, wood may have natural inconsistencies in the gains. Marble may have slight variations in the veins. Designitch is not responsible for textile and material variations.
