As diligent as we try to be, sometimes there are delays from our manufacturers that are out of our control. We do our very best to make sure this does not happen. Designitch LLC does not take responsibility for any delays.
SHIPPING
At checkout, you will be presented with different shipping methods based on your selection.
Shipping rates will vary based on the order size, delivery location, and shipment method selected.
For In Stock items, we ship with DHL.
For Made to Order Items, we ship with either DHL or one of our freight forwarding partners.
All our shipments are always fully insured.
Designitch LLC will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
In Stock Returns
- You have 14 days to return an item.
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with its original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item and whether the return is approved or rejected.
If it is approved, you will be issued a credit memo immediately.
Credit Memo
The Credit Memo will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
The amount will be equal to the total order value minus any additional shipping charges (if there were any).
Made to Order Returns
- We do not provide returns or exchanges for Made to Order items.
- If the order is received damaged or has a manufacturer defect, we will either replace the item or repair it (if possible), free of charge.
We will require images and videos to assess the damage/defect and proceed in the best way possible while ensuring you are well accommodated throughout the process.
In the case of us proceeding to order a replacement altogether, we hold the right to request a return of the damaged item until the new one is received, depending on our final assessment.
Refunds
We only issue refunds when have to cancel the order because we are unable to fulfill the order placed. This could be due to incorrect stock or special manufacturing issues.
Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
Made to Order
When it comes to a design process, we believe having variety and the flexibility to customize each item to the exact size and finishes that you want is necessary. In modern times, we should not be limited to only what is left in stock.
We work with over 100 of the best design brands and each of them have unique finishes. We have done our best to provide you with as many options as possible online, without overwhelming.
How it Works:
Once you place your order that is made to order, we will release the order to the manufacturer(s) as soon as we receive the payment. The manufacturer will begin production on the item and once it is completed, we ship it to you right away.
Deposit:
For online orders, a made to order item must be paid 100% in advance. If the customer is placing the order from the showroom, we require a 50% paid deposit to confirm the order.
Delivery Time:
The typical production time varies slightly based on the different manufacturers that we work with. The standard lead time is usually 6-8 weeks. Please keep in mind that in the month of August, Italian manufacturers are closed for about 2 weeks, which can add to the production time. Once it is manufactured, we will ship it as soon as possible via your selected shipment method.

We do our very best to keep the orders within our expected lead times, however there are instances where delays are caused by the manufacturer, shipper or customs. We do not take any responsibility for delays that are out of our control.
Finishes:
Materials and upholstered items can slightly vary in the production due to several reasons. For example, wood may have natural inconsistencies in the gains. Marble may have slight variations in the veins. Designitch is not responsible for textile and material variations.
